Returns

When you purchase from anuclub.com, returns and refunds are worry-free. If you are not 100% satisfied, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges according to the terms and conditions of this return policy. You may return or exchange it within 61 days of receiving the item for a full refund* minus the return shipping fee.

All returned items must be in original, unused, and pristine condition, with the original packaging. The item(s) being returned for a refund must show no signs of use, wear, or abuse.

If the returned items do not meet the above criteria or if multiple returns/exchanges have been made to the same person, same entity, or same controller, we reserve the right to refuse your return or exchange, and we cannot guarantee that we will return non-returnable/non-refundable items to you. Refunds will only be issued for the purchase price of the product and do not include shipping and handling fees.

Customized, bespoke, and final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Only one return, exchange, or cancellation per household/customer is permitted.

To initiate the return process, please contact service@anuclub.com.

After our team receives and inspects your item, we will send an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit your credit card or the original payment method. Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for the refund process to be completed. This waiting time will begin from the first business day after we receive your return.
