This Lifetime Warranty Policy applies to all of our customers worldwide.

Scope of ifetime warranty

AnuClub's Lifetime Warranty Policy covers any manufacturing or material defects that occur during normal use. This includes, but is not limited to, the following items:
a. Loose or lost gemstones
b. Metal breakage or bending
c. Plating peeling off or oxidation

What the Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
a. Damage or abuse caused by intentional bending, scratching, or striking
b. Damage caused by accidents, disasters, or other non-normal use situations
c. Third-party repairs, alterations, or adjustments
d. Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, or wear on the metal surface

To initiate the return process, please contact service@anuclub.com.

To receive the Lifetime Warranty service, you need to follow these steps:
a. Provide proof of purchase, such as an invoice, receipt, or order confirmation email
b. Send the problematic jewelry product, along with the proof of purchase, back to our repair center
c. Our jewelry experts will assess the product, determine the warranty coverage, and perform repairs
d. Once the repair is completed, we will ship the product back to you free of charge.

Repair fees

Repairs covered under the warranty will be performed free of charge. However, if a gemstone replacement or other non-warranty repairs are needed, additional fees will apply. We will provide you with a detailed repair quote before performing any chargeable repairs.
